Members are invited to join Texas BHA for our Squirrel Camp for a weekend of camping, chasing squirrels, public land clean-up, and enjoying fellowship with BHA members from around the state at the Alabama Creek Wildlife Management Area. The Squirrel Camp will take place February 16-18 in the Davy Crockett National Forest and is open to experts and first-time squirrel hunters, members and non-members alike (but we’d sure appreciate it if you became a member).
Weekend Schedule:
Friday, February 16 – Arrive in afternoon and make camp
Saturday, February 17 – First hunt day, potluck supper, & camp stories
Sunday, February 18 – Second hunt day, break camp
Final details will be provided to attendees prior to the event, so make sure you RSVP and leave us good contact information so we can keep in touch with you.
