Welcome to Nebraska Backcountry Hunters & Anglers March update!
This month, two BHA Nebraska board members Kyle Broadfoot and Bill Grossnicklaus set up a BHA booth at the Nebraska Bowhunters Association annual meeting in Kearney. They visited with numerous attendees and informed visitors of our mission to protect and enhance public access to Nebraska’s public Lands and Waters. The meeting and booth were a great success.

Other News:
- Nebraska BHA sent out a response email to the BLM regarding the sale of Bureau of Land Management public lands in our state.

- Did you catch Fresh Tracks Weekly with Randy Newberg makes some great economic arguments in support of our public lands?  Be sure to share any media with us centered around public land and access.

- Nebraska BHA thanks the Lincoln County road supervisor for committing to have the mile long east minimum maintenance road into Wapiti WMA cleared of brush to improve access for hunters. He also agreed to have gravel spread on the road if provided by NGPC. Hopefully it will be added this fall. Stay tuned!
