PLEASE EMAIL NEWMEXICOBACKCOUNTRYHUNTERS.ORG IF YOURE INTERESTED IN OUR NEXT WILD GAME TASTING EVENT. We are excited to bring you New Mexicos most exclusive wild game tasting. To kick things off, guests will learn about bighorn sheep recovery efforts in New Mexico from NMDGF Bighorn Sheep Biologist Caitlin Ruhl. Following her short presentation, Chef Dave Sellers of the Street Food Institute will be cooking live and answering questions along the way. Small plates of each recipe will be served and we hope to have local beer on hand to enjoy as well. Desert Big Horn sheep is on the menu along with other wild game, making this a once in a lifetime opportunity for many. The nights raffle will include original paintings from local artist Isaac Martinez and Vortex binoculars.
