If you recently harvested a deer, or plan to in the future, this class is for you! Learn how to take your deer from field to freezer. KS BHA president, Kurt Ratzlaff will walk you through how to quarter your deer and prepare it for processing. Kurt Ratzlaff spent most of his first 18 years as an unpaid laborer in his dads butcher shop in Colorado. He now enjoys  participating in the evolution of DIY wild game processing.
