Join public land owners from across North America for an evening of stories and culinary demonstrations by renowned chef, public lands advocate and Montana Mex founder Eduardo Garcia.

Follow along in your own kitchen or simply enjoy watching as Eduardo intertwines the art of storytelling with his passion for cooking wild game. He’ll show us how to make wild game tamales – a classic holiday dish…and one that makes a great gift for friends and family. Find the recipe here.
