Southeast Chapter Backcountry Jubilee

Mark your calendars for March 12, 2022 and make plans to attend the Southeast Chapter Backcountry Jubilee. We’ll be hosting an all day event at Oak Mountain State Park in Pelham, AL. We'll have seminars, demonstrations, an archery contest, and a silent auction. There will be events for any and everyone that wants to attend. You can look forward to talks and demonstrations ranging from Public Land Whitetails with current Alabama state record muzzleloader deer record holder Michael Perry, Backcountry Horsemanship with the Backcountry Horsemen of America, Oak Mountain State Park Animal Rehabilitation demonstration, and more. We’ll also be hosting a turkey calling contest along with an owl hooting contest for the kids. Bring the family and enjoy a day of talking all things public lands with the Southeast Chapter and take in the amenities that one of Alabama’s top state parks have to offer.
