Join Florida BHA to learn how to scout for deer and hogs and enjoy a picnic lunch courtesy of our partner Swamp N Stomp Outdoors.
All are invited to join us! Participants will be split into groups with experienced hunters who will lead their groups into a preserve full of deer and hogs to show how to look for signs, how to read those signs, and how to set up for a hunt based on that information. Bring clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and boots you don’t mind fully submerging. It will be hot, so bring lots of water and maybe a small snack.
We will meet at Captain Kenny's Store at 7-8 AM, and will provide coffee and snacks.
We will split up groups at 7:45 AM and hit the woods promptly at 8am. Do not be late!
A full lunch will be provided after the workshop (12:00 PM) at the nearby Riverbend Park "River Pavilion" courtesy of the Swamp N Stomp Youtube Channel.
