Idaho BHA invites you to a "Backcountry in the Backyard" BBQ on Wednesday, July 24 in SE Boise. This is a potluck-style gathering, so please bring a dish to share and your own beverages. The chapter will likely provide a small selection of beer and non-alcoholic refreshments. Most importantly, please bring your friends, especially those who might want to join BHA and come enjoy an informal night of discussing hunting, angling and conservation issues and upcoming projects here in Idaho.
Chapter leaders will be on hand to discuss the following topics:
BLM Four Rivers Resource Management Plan Public land owners have a HUGE OPPORTUNITY to help shape public land management on nearly 800,000 acres in Southwest Idaho! The public comment period is open until August 22nd and we have ideas to share about how you can best contribute. This RMP is likely to be the guiding management document for the next 20 years or more.
Public Land Owner Film Tour in Eagle at Rivertons Wednesday, July 31 in Eagle. This should be a great fundraiser and a cool chance to watch incredible films and get great deals or win prizes.
Salmon River Cleanup Float Saturday, August 3 in North Fork, Challis & Salmon. BHA High Divide Coordinator is seeking Idaho BHA Volunteers to help cleanup invasive weeds and trash on the Salmon river. This is a family friendly stewardship project.

Public Lands Month: September is "Public Lands Month" and we are looking for volunteers to lead stewardship projects and other events.
