As TX BHA's Public Lands Work Day approaches, we look forward to seeing everyone in the field and meeting local BHA members & non-members alike. One of the areas of focus for Sam Houston National Forest where lots of trash has accumulated is close to the shore and is expected to be muddy and wet, so please wear boots and other appropriate attire.
Also, lunch will be provided (on site) by Uncle Bob's BBQ on the Lake, courtesy of TX BHA. Looking forward to seeing you out there!
Work Day Details: Texas BHA is proud to announce our 1st spring Public Lands Work Day, and we'd like to invite you to rally your family and friends, BHA members and non-members alike, to take part in this event at one of the various public properties across Texas, all of which allow public hunting and/or fishing.
MEETING LOCATION: Volunteers will meet at Sam Houston National Forest 394 FM 1375, New Waverly, TX 77358. Please arrive promptly at 8 am so we can caravan to the work site together. Google map meeting location
TX BHA will provide lunch to all participants, so PLEASE RSVP below if you can attend. This cleanup is kid friendly.
