This is going to be a fun one. The PR, as it’s affectionately known, has been serving food and drink to patrons since 1951. Located a stone’s throw from N.C. State at Oberlin and Hillsborough, this Raleigh institution is giving NCBHA the front room and you need to be there.
Pint nights are open to all so please bring along friends, family, dates, employees, bosses, and the in-laws (maybe). Come out and meet your comrades. Swap stories, make connections, communicate ideas and come up with new ones. All while helping your chapter meet its goal of 500 members by year’s end.
We’ll have some special guests at this pint night, too. As you have hopefully heard, students at N.C. State founded the first official BHA Collegiate Chapter in North Carolina. Chapter leaders and student members will be there along with students who participated in the NCWRC Getting Started Outdoors Deer Hunting Workshop we helped staff this past October. If you missed the social media post, just know that it was an incredible day with 20+ nonhunters all interested in learning how to get out and after some NC big game. What these people need are thoughtful, ethical, kind hunters like yourself to learn from and, ideally, get some field time with. So, if you can, open your mind and your blind and help the next gen of conservationists appreciate in a deeper way what it is they are fighting for!
