Join the Saint Michael's BHA club at Salmon Hole on September 12th to pack out trash in celebration of Public Lands Month! Meet at Salmon Hole at 11:00am. Volunteers should bring work gloves, closed-toed shoes, sunscreen, snacks and water. Trash bags and gloves will be provided. If you bring a friend you will have your chance at winning a Saint Michael's BHA t-shirt. Grab your friends and come give back to your public lands!
This event is a part of BHA's Public Land Pack Out, an annual event where members maintain the places they love by picking up and taking out thousands of bags of garbage left in the places everyone can call their own. Last year, during one of the most difficult times we can remember, BHA members broke a record and hefted 4,175 bags of garbage out from our public lands. And with your help in 2021, we hope to crush our 10,000 bag goal.
