Calling all Texas BHA members! Join us for a morning on the trails of Possum Kingdom State Park for a hike and clean up in celebration of Public Lands Month! There is no better time to celebrate than on Public Lands Day, September 25th. We encourage you to bring interested family members, friends and co-workers as well. We’ll have BHA merchandise and memberships for sale.
BHA is asking that you RSVP for this event via the Backcountry Hunters and Anglers website or email to [email protected] in order to be provide entrance fee waiver and a free lunch after the hike and clean up.
The cleanup will happen throughout the hike, which is about 4 miles total. Please bring water and gloves if you have them. We will be meeting at 8am at the Lakeview Trail parking area to start the 4 mile hike by 8:15. Lunch will be provided at campgrounds after hike and clean up. (Hot dog lunch)
