The Kodiak Backcountry Hunters and Anglers Armed Forces Initiative club is pleased to be hosting our first public land cleanup day on June 18th @ 10:00. We'll be packing as much refuse out from the mouth of Pillar Creek as we can!

Kodiak Borough is going to be providing yellow trash bags and will be accepting larger items at the landfill free of charge for us! We'll need a list of who's coming with a truck/trailer so we can get them a placard for their vehicle so the landfill knows who's part of the project that day.
Million Recipes has graciously offered to deliver discounted meals for all the volunteers, we'll be taking orders on site and they'll drop off the food around noon-ish.
Event will go on rain or shine. Bring gloves and whatever else you want to help clean up a favorite local public fishing area!
