event_description: Please join the Southeast Chapter for a family friendly float trip on the beautiful Perdido River Canoe Trail in Baldwin County, Alabama.We will meet at the put-in at Staples Fork Landing near Robertsdale, Alabama at 9 AM on September 14 to set up our shuttle. We will paddle 3.5 miles (approximately 1.75 hours) to the Loggerhead Creek Shelters fishing and picking up trash along the way. There are two shelters reserved for our use which will house up to 16 people. Please let the organizer know if you would like to reserve space in the shelter. There is limited space for tent camping on the sandy beach at the shelter.
