ORBHA Partners with MHCTA on Trail Projects

July 10 & 11 OR BHA members logged & brushed out 4 miles of trail in the Eagle Cap Wilderness.  This project was completed in conjunction with Wallowa Mountains Hells Canyon Trails Association (WMHCTA_.  The volunteer crew of 5 people and 7 long eared mules endured the hot temps to ensure future wilderness users safe access.  If you are interested in helping out, there are miles of trails that could use your help.  Meet like-minded people and enjoy our public lands.  Check out the WMHCTA and ORBHA web site  for volunteer opportunities.

Earlier this summer, Oregon BHA members combined with WMHCTA cleared 7 miles of trail in NE Oregon this past weekend.  Removed 47 trees and brushed several sections of overgrown trail.  Helping  to keep your public lands accessible.   If you're interested in helping to keep access open, please check out https://www.wmhcta.org/home for future projects.
