The OG of Florida Chapter hunts has become an annual chapter tradition. This is the closest public hunting access to most of the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The mix of saw palmetto and oak hammock with swamp has been a steady producer of bushytails for those willing to do some walking. Please note that this is a shotgun only area. No rifles. We will be meeting down the road from the check station. After receiving your permit from the attendant, continue down the road. The trees will open up into large palmetto flat with room to pull off the road.
