Join the Michigan chapter of Backcountry Hunters & Anglers for our 2nd Annual Boardman River clean up. The goal is to clean up trash and debris in and around various sites on the Boardman River. We will be meeting at Hull Park in Traverse City, MI and groups will be dispersed to different locations. The address is: 660 Hannah Avenue Traverse City, MI 49686
Trash bags, gloves, hand sanitizer, and water will be provided. Participants are asked to pack a lunch or snacks for the day. Maps will be available highlighting target areas along the river. Participants are encouraged to bring waders, canoes, kayaks or boats if willing and able. Please dress appropriately for the weather and work at hand. We had a great turnout last year and we're looking forward to making a huge impact again on May 21st!
