The Spring 2019 issue of Backcountry Journal featured an article, “Student Licenses Aid in Recruitment,” that detailed how discounted student license rates help R3 efforts across the country and called for more states to offer college students licenses at resident rates. CSU Work Project

On April 27th, 2019, the Colorado State University (CSU) Chapter of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers (BHA), accompanied by the CSU chapters of Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and The Wildlife Society, headed up to Walden, Colorado to perform a work service day on the Arapaho National Wildlife Refuge. Western Colorado University Chapter Hosts Range Clean-up

On Saturday April 13th the Western Colorado University collegiate chapter of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers hosted a range day clean up at Gold Basin shooting range. This range is located about 15 miles outside of Gunnison, Colorado. Cody Chandler, a member of the club, arranged the event with the local BLM office. Colorado State University Backcountry Hunters & Anglers Club Appoints New President

The Colorado State University (CSU) Backcountry Hunters & Anglers Club recently appointed a new club president, William Lueth.
