event_description: Join us on a public island for the Maine BHA 2019 State Rendezvous!  The 2019 Rendezvous will take place June 15th at the Swan Island Wildlife Management Area in Richmond, Maine.  Events will include workshops on fishing, tree stands, saddle hunting, ground blinds & scouting as well as women’s and western hunting forums. Bring a pack from any outdoor activity to discuss “what’s in your pack.” Spread the word and bring a friend who might like to join BHA: new and renewing members who sign up at the event will get a 1-in-100 chance to win a 75-quart Yeti Tundra cooler!Paddle your canoe or kayak to the event or take the free island ferry.  The ferry departs the Swan Island dock in Richmond at 9:15 sharp so be there early to park and get on board.  Event ferry returns to the mainland at 4:30 PM. For those who need to leave early there is a 3:00 ferry.  Lunch is not included – please bring your own.Purchase Tickets at the door tomorrow ticket includes $8 island access fee.
