Join the Wyoming BHA chapter for a Wild Game Jerky Tasting Contest and Recipe Share on Monday, January 13th from 6pm-9pm at O’Dwyers Public House in Laramie. We will be pitting our members' best jerky recipes against each other to see who makes the best jerky in Laramie - and to make sure everyone walks away with great recipes, tricks, and tips to up their jerky making game. The cook of the most popular jerky will walk away with a Weston 9" Meat Slicer, so be sure to bring your A-Game!
The rules for the contest are as follows:
- In order to enter the contest, you must bring enough wild game jerky to share and the recipe to allow other the take a picture of the recipe with their phone. Please RSVP below if you plan on bringing jerky to get the format for the recipe share.
- Attendees will vote for their favorite jerky by donating cash into a jar representing each jerky. The jerky that raises the most money for the chapter will win a Weston Meat Slicer.
We will also have regular pint night activities including chapter updates and upcoming plans.
