The Iowa Chapter of BHA will be holding our annual State Rendezvous at the Olofson Shooting Range near Des Moines and attendees will have the opportunity to hang out with their Iowa BHA board and other BHA members from across the state and participate in rifle, shotgun, and archery 3D shooting events. New and learning hunters will be able to attend a Learn to Wingshoot R3 event sponsored by the Iowa DNR. Other fun events and informative hunting and fishing seminars will be posted as they are scheduled.
A BHA camping area will be available for $20 per adult at Prairie Flower Campground (Ox-Eye Circle) on Friday and Saturday for current BHA members and a cookout dinner and keg beer will be provided on Saturday night at the campground.
*camp area, including fire rings and picnic tables, will be shared with other campers in the BHA group as it is an open camping area. Because of the limited area, we will limit this area to the first 20 sold.
*All attendees must bring their own firearms and ammunition they intend to use at the event.
*The Olofson Shooting Range is owned and operated by the Iowa DNR and may charge an additional fee at certain shooting events or any additional range time
