event_description: The 4th Annual IN BHA State Chapter Rendezvous will be hosted at Rockville Lake Park in Rockville, IN on September 13th-14th. This exciting event provides attendees with wonderful opportunities for conservation education, fun competitions, delicious food, camping, stewardship opportunities that enhance our public lands, and excellent networking! Attendees have always departed fulfilled and empowered to continue making their mark in conservation! Ticket options are available below with many covering all weekend plus camping or simply a Saturday ticket. Folks wanting to attend all weekend may arrive anytime after 1pm on Friday. If you plan to come Saturday, activities will begin early, and we will have an event itinerary posted in the coming weeks. This year at the family friendly event, attendees can expect the following:Friday night fireside story time and catfishing excursionEducational sessions and demonstrations such as trapping and fly-fishing with more to come. Kids activitiesPublic Land Stewardship project on Rockville LakeFree Wild Game Taco bar for Saturday lunchArchery competition at Racoon Lake SRAWild Game Potluck pitch-in - Cook some of your favorite wild game recipes and share them Saturday evening at the Wild Game Potluck! Saturday evening Chapter Roundtable fireside chats covering all aspects of conservation. Awesome raffle prizes, BHA merchandise, and more!    Folks will also have opportunities to enjoy:Wonderful Family oriented campground with playgrounds, swimming, open space, trails, disc golf, and much more. The 102 acre Rockville Lake is known for excellent fishing especially for panfish, bass, and catfish. Being electric motors only, its an excellent lake for kayaks, canoes, and small jon boats although any boat is allowed but must adhere to electric trolling motor only. The facility is located in the midst of Parke County, Indiana, which is the covered bridge capital of the world with 31 covered bridges. There are several driving self-tour routes to see these iconic features. Parke County also provides numerous sights and destinations including three state recreation facilities, miles of Sugar Creek, Wabash River, small town charm, and the famous Thirty-Six Saloon.
