Join the Idaho chapter of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers May 6-8 at Craig Mountain WMA for a weekend of habitat restoration projects. Idaho BHA has been assisting IDFG with habitat, access and visitor use issues at Craig Mountain for several years. Volunteers will be rehabilitating areas severely impacted by the Snake River Complex fire last summer. We will be planting ponderosa pine seedlings and helping with reseeding efforts.
- Plan on bringing gear to camp on-site.
- Idaho BHA will provide Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and Saturday dinner. Plan on brining a sack lunch for Saturday.
- IDFG will provide tools
- Please bring sturdy boots, work clothes, gloves and prepare for all types of weather.
