Huron Pines in partnership with Sportsman’s Warehouse and the MI Chapter of BHA is inviting you to connect with a large group of recreationalists to learn about how you can help take better care of your public lands and stop the spread of invasive species. Participants will learn how to identify and report local invasive species of concern based around hunting/angling seasons, they’ll learn about responsible hunting practices around the ideas of leave no trace and equipment decontamination, how to use invasive species (for cooking) and other foraging tips and there will be an interactive demonstration showcasing hunting/angling equipment and how to properly clean them.

Event is being hosted at the Sportsman’s Warehouse in Lansing, MI. Feel free to attend any and all sessions. Doorprizes will be given to the first 40 attendees. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
