Huron Pines in partnership with Sportsman’s Warehouse and the MI Chapter of BHA is inviting you to connect with a large group of recreationalists to learn about how you can help take better care of your public lands and stop the spread of invasive species. Participants will learn how to identify and report local invasive species of concern based around hunting/angling seasons, they’ll learn about responsible hunting practices around the ideas of leave no trace and equipment decontamination, how to use invasive species (for cooking) and other foraging tips and there will be an interactive demonstration showcasing hunting/angling equipment and how to properly clean them.
