Join the Colorado Chapter of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers and South Platte Ranger District of the U.S. Forest Service for a range shoot and cleanup for Colorado Public Lands Day May 18 at Harris Range in Bailey, CO.
We need some dedicated volunteers to pitch in for a few hours on Saturday Morning, May 18th to clean up a popular public land locale for sighting in. Help us give back and demonstrate the importance of active stewardship and respect for our public lands.
Important Details:
The range is open to the public from 8-10 am for shooting guns or bows and then closed for the cleanup from 10 am to noon.
Please bring:
- sensible working clothes
- gloves
- a couple trash bags
- personal food & water
- your own firearms, bows, arrows, and ammo
