Giving Tuesday 2024

The Stakes Have Never Been Higher

The attacks on our wild public lands have been building to an unprecedented level, putting every inch of federally managed public land at risk. Backcountry Hunters & Anglers has stepped into the breach without hesitation, and we’re counting on your help this Giving Tuesday to keep up the fight.

When the State of Utah filed a lawsuit to seize over 18 million acres of public land, they set in motion the potential to unravel our entire public lands system. Elected officials in 14 additional states, along with self-serving special interests, have jumped on the anti-public lands bandwagon by filing legal support for the case, all too willing to cut hunters and anglers out of their own conservation legacy.

BHA: Stalwart Protectors of Public Lands

The BHA community has consistently defended against repeated attacks on our public lands, stepping up as advocates, members, and donors to the cause. The growing surge of anti-public lands momentum happening right now calls for BHA to ramp up our role as the leading advocate for the lands that belong to all of us. For the sake of the nation’s public lands legacy and future generations of hunters and anglers, the time to give has never been more critical.

Go Beyond the Backcountry

To deepen our commitment to this fight and others, we’re launching the Campfire Society, a new giving program for those ready to make an even greater impact. When you join BHA’s Campfire Society, you go beyond the backcountry and align your charitable giving with your commitment to the wild places where hunters and anglers pursue their passions. Members of this exclusive giving program will receive distinctive benefits and opportunities that reflect their leadership within the BHA community.

DONATE TODAY

As you consider your Giving Tuesday and year-end giving, know that every donation to BHA has an impact. Align your support with your passions by contributing to the only organization focused on protecting North America’s public lands, waters, and wildlife – regardless of species or geography.
