This virtual seminar will cover herbaceous plants, berries, and other leafy foragable goods that one may come across while out scouting or early season hunting. Listeners will learn about what plants are good for munching as snacks in the field (huckleberries, raspberries, wild anise, three-leaf sumac, to name a few). We'll also talk about other plants that are better utilized as seasonings (pine, juniper, beebalm). This will be largely led by Orion of Forage Colorado and Spencer Milne of High Country Harvest. We're planning on a 15 min Q&A from 7:45 to 8:00 if the demand is there.
