Join Florida BHA “For the Love of Squirrels” at Econfina Creek WMA on Saturday, February 13 at 6:30 AM!
We’ll rendezvous at the Enfinger Road entrance off of State Road 20 just 6.25 miles east of State Road 77 (Google Coordinates 30.4283100, -85.5827900).
Econfina Creek WMA boasts over 41,000 acres in Washington and Bay counties running 14 miles along the course of Econfina Creek encompassing miles of xeric sandhill uplands with dozens of shallow, clear sand-bottomed lakes. Along the creek hardwood forests and hammocks grow above fern-covered limestone bluffs and outcrops while a 14 mile segment of the Florida National Scenic Trail traverses the WMA providing some of the most eye-catching hunting in Florida.
