The North American board voted its approval of the Florida chapter in 2020 during the height of the Covid pandemic. While the entire world was shutting down, the Florida board pivoted, creating responsible outdoor initiatives to continue the chapter’s growth. Over the past year and a half, the Florida chapter hosted 24 small game hunts across the state, facilitating first time hunters, families, and lifelong hunters to join together in a community of public land lovers during a difficult time.
