The following is a three-part video series produced by Minnesota BHA Board Member, Mark Norquist in collaboration with Sportsmen for the Boundary Waters. In this film, three chefs from the Twin Cities head north to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness to paddle, portage, fish and cook while raising awareness of the threats to this area by sulfide-ore copper mining.
