The Field to Table Dinner serves as a fundraiser for Backcountry Hunters & Anglers and features an incredible evening that is sure to be unlike any fundraiser you’ve ever attended.
You and 95 other guests from across the continent will be taken by bus from the Holiday Inn downtown to the dinner site along the shores of the Blackfoot River. Upon arrival you’ll be treated to wild game appetizers and cocktails. From there you’ll be served a 3-course dinner served by 3 of the twelve accomplished wild game chefs who will prepare creative and unique dishes tableside. Each dish will be paired with special wine and ale. After dinner guests will be treated to coffee or a digestif around the fire before riding the bus back downtown.
