A: Excited for next year, but hoping the Rendezvous returns to Missoula in 2019 and officially calls it home here. Missoula is a conservation and outdoor hub; it’s centrally located; the local businesses appreciate it; we have great beer; and BHA is based here. Idahoans all have mullets…

Q: What did we do well?
A: Well, Nicole and Alli started serving us beers at 9:30am and that lasted basically until 10:30pm that night, so good job there. Raffles, live auctions, seminars, etc were all great. Though next year if you could prevent my fiance from bidding on anything more than, say, $1,000, that’d be super.

Q: What can we improve on?
A: It was great, guys. The only thing I’d like to see more of is small group socializing where folks are somewhat forced to meet and engage with new folks.

Q: What seminars would you like to see next year?
A: There were so many this year I wanted to attend but couldn’t make it to all of them! The more hands-on seminars the better, in my opinion. BHA has a plethora of experts at their craft, I’d love to learn from them, whether it be fly-tying, re-loading, shooting a stick bow, cooking lesser-known parts of the animal, self-filming, etc.
