Arizona Backcountry Hunters & Anglers is teaming up with the Arizona Wildlife Federation to bring you the 2022 annual Family Squirrel Camp! Whether you’re a novice or an experienced hunter, join us for this family friendly and fun camp and learn all about Arizona’s huntable squirrel species, get hunting tips and techniques, and even processing and cooking tips. Most importantly, get out and enjoy hunting squirrels in the beautiful ponderosa pine forests of Arizona’s Coconino National Forest.
We will have a very small number of mentors (5) available to take out new hunters if needed. If you are interested in mentorship please email event lead Michael Cravens with your request no later than Friday, September 23.
