All are invited to join us as the Pennsylvania Chapter of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers partners with the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) on June 14, 2024, to help build and install porcupine crib fish structures within Donegal Lake in Westmoreland County.
These structures create micro food webs that attract large gamefish for anglers to target.
Once the habitat work is complete, we will be promoting PFBC’s Adopt and Access Program by conducting a litter cleanup along the lake and providing information on how volunteers can get involved. Volunteers should dress for the weather, including sturdy boots (steel toe preferred) and bring lunch and water. Gloves will be provided to all volunteers.
