With Oregon's Turkey season around the corner, we're talking and cooking all things turkey! Learn to field dress turkeys for your next trip, and how to properly care for meat when in the field. Most importantly, we'll be cooking up everything from the legs to smoked turkey breasts.
Our goal for this workshop is to prepare you for your next harvest, not only with the correct knowledge but, with the correct tools as well. That's why we've partnered with CRKT to give every participant a reliable and sharp knife for your field bag.
