Central Oregon BHA folks - come join us for our first installment of "Coffee with the Hunting Curious". This is an open invitation to hunters of all levels (including brand-spankin-new) to join us for coffee!
Our hope is that we can connect new hunters to folks with more experience, since one of the biggest barriers in becoming a hunter is, first and foremost, learning how to hunt. Successfully hunting an animal -- when done ethically and compassionately -- involves a whole lot of complexity, background knowledge, and skill. Many existing hunters learned how to hunt at a young age from close relatives and friends. But most American adults, especially those who grew up in more urban areas, didn't have access to such mentoring while growing up.
Let's grab some morning caffeine, catch up, swap outdoor stories, and answer some new folks' questions about hunting in Oregon.
