Central Florida wild game chef Adam Steele will host a Field Cooking 101 course at Charles H Bronson WMA starting at 10:30 AM on Saturday December 12th. Join the coolest people in the woods and learn how to prepare meals that are tasty both in the field and in the home. Adam will demonstrate how to clean, tenderize, season and prepare wild game.
Dishes will feature commonly available small game including rabbits, squirrels and what ever might wind up in the bag during the morning.
Those wishing to hunt should rendezvous at the parking area located off of Phillips Road at Google Coordinates (28.5916865, -81.0425102) at 6:30 AM.
All participants must have a Florida Hunting License and Management Area Permit.
