To help develop awareness of the looming threats facing the clean waters and productive fisheries that attract more people to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area than any other Wilderness area in the U.S., Backcountry Hunters & Anglers would like to invite you to join us at the Wintergreen Dogsled Lodge at 1:00 PM on June 1st for the Hike to Hunt kick-off hike at 1:00 PM. From Wintergreen, we will venture off on public land trails nearby. Join community leaders as we hike to raise awareness around the importance of protecting the BWCA from risky sulfide mining development.
