Join us for a special 3D archery shoot, raffle & fundraiser Sunday August 7th, in San Diego, CA.
At this event we will be raising money for our HJWA Post Fire Rehabilitation and Connectivity project to support mule deer, pronghorn and elk in Northeast California. There will be a special novelty shot, a raffle and 100% of proceeds from the sale of Pure Brewing's new Rove "adventure beer" will go to BHA.
Hunting season is around the corner and there is no better way to prepare for archery season than to get out and shoot your local 3D circuit. BHA volunteers will be helping to set up and take down the San Diego archers course in Balboa Park. After the 3d shoot is over, we will head across the Laurel st. bridge to the Pure Project Balboa Biergarten for pints, a public lands policy discussion and to announce the raffle winners.
If you plan to shoot in the 3D tournament you must abide by the San Diego Archers rules and regulations, including signing their waiver and paying the entrance fee $10 for SDA Members and $15 for non-members.
The shoot will be a shotgun start and archers are encouraged to arrive before 8:30am. The course is family friendly, including dogs on leash.
