Author Ken Blomberg will be there to talk about woodcock and his new book. Blomberg's writing career traces back to the mid-70s at the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. After graduating and finding employment in his field, he continued to write as a side hustle. His first published article in a regional outdoor newspaper landed him $4.80 in 1979. He discovered he had a talent for putting words on paper and his articles have been published in national magazines like Field & Stream, Fur, Fish & Game, Wing & Shot and RGS Drummer - as well as state publications like Wisconsin Sportsman, Badger Sportsman, and Woods and Waters.
