Missoula, MT – The Montana Chapter of Backcountry Hunters & Anglers (BHA) is proud to release a new video series featuring renowned influencer Hank Patterson. These humorous and engaging videos shed light on the "Corner Crossing" issue, emphasizing the critical importance of public land access.

“Public land access is a cornerstone of our outdoor heritage, providing access and opportunity for all to hunt, fish, and enjoy our wild spaces,” said Montana BHA Chair, John Sullivan. “While Hank Patterson’s humor highlights some of the ridiculousness of the situation, we want to stress that the issue at hand is serious and requires urgent action. And that this issue isn’t limited to Montana; it affects public lands across the country.”

The videos are being released as part of a broader effort by BHA to raise awareness around the rights of hunters and anglers – rights that are infringed upon and threatened across the U.S. almost daily.

"BHA is proud to represent the rights of everyday Americans who hold equal title to hunt, fish, explore, and enjoy land owned by all of us without fear of retaliation,” said Patrick Berry, BHA's President and CEO. “Thanks to videos like these, and influencers like Hank Patterson, the value of public resources that remain land-locked behind corners won’t be understated or ignored.”

BHA encourages all supporters to:

1. Watch and Share: Help us reach more people by sharing these videos.

2. Donate: Your contributions make a significant impact on our efforts to protect public land access!

3. Sign the Pledge: Show your support by signing our pledge to protect public lands and show those who wish to rob us of our rights that we aren’t backing down.

4. Join BHA: Sign up here to become a member of our organization, and don’t miss out on important updates, opportunities to get involved, and a subscription to The Backcountry Journal.

By taking these steps, sportsmen and women can collectively ensure that our wild public lands and waters remain accessible for all, safeguarding our outdoor heritage and ensuring access and opportunity for future generations.

Backcountry Hunters & Anglers is the voice for our wild public lands, waters, and wildlife. We are dedicated to preserving North America’s outdoor heritage of hunting and fishing through public education and advocacy. For more information, visit BHA’s website.
