Please join Capital Region Backcountry Hunters & Anglers at Our Inaugural 3D Shoot. This in not a tournament, but a fun shoot to test your skills for your upcoming local or dream hunt. Try your hand at 30 3-D targets over a 1.5 mile course in a no-pressure atmosphere. There will be prizes for top winners, as well as challenge shots for prizes. Bring your family and friends and make a day of it. Refreshments and perfectly-charred protein will be provided. Each adult entry fee includes an annual BHA membership for purchaser or as a gift.
The purpose of this event is to introduce new people to Backcountry Hunters & Anglers as well as get together with old friends, have fun, and get you practicing earlier for archery season. We have merchandise and prizes from our chapter sponsors and additional games to win even more items.
Tickets are available below in advance or day of beginning at 8 a.m. Youth 17 and under shoot free!

- WHEN: Saturday, June 12th @ 9AM – 3PM; Registration begins at 8AM with a prompt start at 9AM, Rain or Shine
- WHERE: Northern Virginia Archers facility at Fountainhead Regional Park: 10875 Hampton Road Fairfax Station, VA
- WHAT IS PROVIDED: Targets, Refreshments, Food, & Fun!
- WHAT TO BRING: Bow, at least a quiver of arrows (field points only!), and rangefinder (recommended) Sorry, no crossbows.
