Come join the Iowa Chapter of BHA for the 1st Annual BHA Bluegill Bash at Hickory Grove Lake! Wet a line with some likeminded anglers, enjoy some wild game, and have a chance to win some great prizes or raffles. It's a great way to celebrate dad on Father's Day Weekend!
This event is family-friendly and open to the public, so bring your friends, families, and fishing buddies for an afternoon at the lake!
Admission starts at just $10/person over 16 years old (Kids 15 and under are free!), and includes two meals, fishing and 1 Door Prize entry/ ticket.
*All Participants Must have a Valid Fishing License in order to fish.
Schedule
12:00PM- Kick off the event with wild game lunch provided by Iowa BHA before setting out to test your panfishing skills.
4:00PM- "Weigh-in", with a prize awarded to the biggest bluegill.
4:30PM- Prizes and Raffles
5:30PM- Wrap things up with a fish fry and some cold beverages.
