Beer, Deer, & Gear is an event designed to benefit everyone, from lifelong outdoors-folk to people just taking it up, all while helping out BHA in the process. We all know that gear can be pricey, and a lot of us have accumulated enough over the years that we might not need but could be a lifesaver for someone else. This is a chance to solve both problems at once and have a lot of fun while we’re at it. Have used or extra gear lying around that you’d like the opportunity to sell? Looking to upgrade your gear or purchase equipment for the first time and want to find great prices while surrounded by a celebration of public lands? This event is for you.
Beer, Deer, & Gear is a used gear sale where sales happen on consignment, and sellers can choose what portion of the sales price will go to the CA BHA Chapter. We’ll also have raffle items, beer, vendors, seminars for new as well as experienced hunters & anglers, and even a wild game sampler where participants can taste game donated by BHA members.
The event will take place at the Mack Powell Event Center in Sacramento on Saturday, May 9 from 12:00pm – 6:00pm. More details to come, but mark your calendars!
