event_description:  CANCELEDDue to the inclement weather projected this weekend and that the venue serves as a county storm shelter, we have decided to pull the plug on the event.  All tickets will be refunded immediately.  Plans are already underway to reschedule the event!LEARN ARCHERY FROM THE BEST IN THE GAME! Grab the kiddos, strap them into the truck (or, god forbid, the minivan) and join us at the Easton Archery Center for a day focused on introducing the next generation to archery and hunting.  Backcountry Hunters and Anglers, Florida Wildlife Commission and University of Floridas Archery Team are teaming up to make this a fantastic event and provide certified archery trainers to help establish a great base of archery technique! NO ARCHERY EXPERIENCE NEEDED!Tickets are $20 per shooterWho: Anyone who wants to learn how to shoot a bow.  Kid friendly!HERE IS WHAT TO EXPECT:Starting at 2:00 PM we will have staggered seminars throughout the day to teach archery safety and correct form. Once the new shooter completes that, there will be open courses with fun archery games like Archery Skeet, Balloon Pop, and 3D for everyone to take a shot at (pun intended).  Safety 1st, and as such, all of the open ranges are overseen by certified archery safety instructors to keep everybody SAFE! Everybody will feel comfortable participating in this fun, family friendly event!Dinner:We are firing up our Traeger Wood Fired Grills and putting the heat to some Wild Meat! After shooting, stick around for spaghetti with venison meat sauce and some smoked Hog!  Dinner is  $8 for kids and $12 for adults.  How To Participate:Simply purchase a ticket below and present your confirmation email upon arrival.  Only those who plan on participating as shooters need to purchase tickets.
