Join BHA AFI board member and Colorado outfitter Mitch Vazquez at Rugged Mountain Outfitters for a day-long class introducing participants to basic horsemanship skills needed for backcountry travel on horseback with pack animals. By the end of this class, you will mount up and ride a horse while leading a one-animal pack string demonstrating the skills acquired throughout the day.
This class is limited to 8 spots. Attendees will be selected 3 weeks prior to the event. Please fill out this Google form. If you do not fill out the form, you will not be considered for the event.
