Have you been interested in hunting but haven't had the chance to learn? Backcountry Hunters & Anglers has partnered with Partner with Arizona Game and Fish, Boss Ammunition, Northern Arizona Shooting Range, and Quail Forever to offer a free, all-inclusive program near Sedona, AZ that will introduce you to hunting while educating you on firearm safety, access to public lands, ethical hunting, the history of conservation and the hunter's role and how to care for and butcher qual and rabbits. Participants will also actively participate in a quail and rabbit hunt (including cleaning and cooking the game), camp with others in a COVID, hear campfire stores by traditional Hopi hunters, learn how to hunt with bird dogs and how to use pack llamas on a hunt! You must also be able to provide your own tent, sleeping bag, and pillow and be able to commit to participating on Friday, November 6th.
