Join public land owners for some boots-on-the-ground stewardship at the Summit Trailhead on Marias Pass!
In the summer of 2018, the Montana Chapter of Backcountry Hunters & Anglers and the Bob Marshall Wilderness Foundation adopted the Summit Trailhead, the gateway to the Badger-Two Medicine and one of the most popular access points to the Bob. Part of that adoption is our annual work day, typically focused on combating invasive weeds.
Check out the work we did last year, and the fun time had by all!
If you'd like to join us this year, please register online here.
We'll meet at the Hungry Horse Ranger Station at 8am on Saturday, August 15th before caravanning to the Summit Trailhead to wage war on some knapweed!
A crew leader, food, group gear, tools and safety equipment will all be provided.
