Join us for the fourth installment of our summer series of highlighting public land near your home town. For the month of July we’re headed to Garland County to sight our rifles in at Bear Mountain Rifle Range just outside Hot Springs and learn a little bit more about the Ouachita Mountains from AGFC Biologist Jake Whisenhunt. This is a primitive rifle range sight, so bring your hearing protection, targets, coffee, and of course I’ll bring the donuts. We’ll have a good time.
