CSU BHA is hosting a spring work day at the Arapaho National Wildlife Refuge in Walden, CO. on Saturday, April 27th. Work to be done will include removal of fence that has a high potential to be hazardous to wildlife in the area along with making repairs to wildlife friendly fencing at another location on the refuge. Those attending can meet the carpool vehicles at the south/west corner of the Moby Arena parking lot at 6am. We will be arriving at the refuge at 8am to begin work and expect to be back in Fort Collins between 4-5pm.
Volunteers will need to bring work gloves, waterproof footwear, and lunch/water. It is April so please bring appropriate clothes and anticipate changing weather.
